It's been said time and time again but no-one has ever got off their arse and done it.

Oh actually, i do remember the City Gents handing out a song sheet last season with a few new songs on, after that, nothing since.

I, myself have chants prepped and stored ready and in the waiting for the City faithful to learn and put to the test.

They'll never get put to the test because 90% of our fanbase are a bunch of 'Ooo, i'm not singing out loud because those around me will think i'm an absolute nutjob'.....Spineless pricks in other words.

Make you foooking voice heard for Christ sakes. It helps me after a hard weeks work, i'll have you know....You oughtta try it.

I'm up for that. I know what you mean though, for instance the 'i'm a Bradfordian' one.

I always try my best in getting things going. Give it a try, who knows what may happen.

They have obviously bought ST's for that stand for the atmosphere and what not, so why sit there like lemons all game?

Morons they are. I hope they move to a different part of the ground next season, I really do.

Aye that's true. My seat is actually where the City Gents sit but obviously it's taken and can't get near, so sit with Scudz and try and get it going down the bottom.

When push comes to shove (quite literally at times), you should stand at the top with us. We're not all stood to one seat and never have done throughout the season. If you want to stand and join in, come and see me - You know who I am - And that goes for the rest of you an'all.....

I couldn't care less, Monkeyboy.

I make my feelings known and always have done.

I don't know about you but I enjoy walking away from Valley Parade with a sore-throat. At least I have given a good account of myself.

The atmosphere in the Bfd End is appalling. I sit on the front row and do sing, I bang the metal at the front of the stand, I try get things going but no one, absolutely no one joins in.

Don't I know it, half of the time my heads rested on it

I can vouch for this guy, i do sit next to the dude and he sings alot, got a macho voice too. Unlike my squeeky 12 year old girl voice.

Don't know if I chant, cant remember, I think I do?

Maybe it is time for all City fans to come together again.

This whole Bradford end thing was a non starter for me.

The kop needs a lead chant wise, the fans who can provide it can't make the noise on their own because they are at the other end of the pitch!

A massive balance problem going on.

Aye, but the Bradford End has far better accoustics than the Kop. Why don't the singers in the Kop (of which there are a few) move into the Bradford End next season and therefore create a far better atmosphere altogether?

Swings and roundabouts, pal.

Please take this the right way but you can't hear the Bradford End when sat it most parts of the ground, unless in the
small away support which now visits us.

I could understand the new Bradford End concept at the time but City's last 30 years fan base strengh has been built around
a huge kop presence which we have now lost but could easily be restored.

When the Bradford End wasn't open yet, you could still hear sod all from the KOP so why would it make any difference closing the BE again ?

At the moment, we still outsing the kop, people in the Ciba, sunwin and away fans can hear us. Bradford End wins. Low roof, fans bunched together. WIN.

I have been supporting Bradford City since I was 8 years of age - I'm now 19. I was 11 when I started to watch City on a regular basis. The new Kop was built in 1999 - 2 years before my old man purchased my first ST from the club. In the time I have been watching BCFC, there hasn't been many occasions when I have thought to myself 'Wow, the atmsophere in the Kop is amazing' barring derby/important games....Of which there hasn't been to many of down the years.

If you're sat in the Kop, it may seem loud. But to the players, it's a distant echo. The noice generated in the Kop doesn't travel as well as is does in the Bradford End - Given it's low roof and amazing accousics.

Give me the Bradford End over the Kop everyday of the week.

I don't disagree that the BE outsings the KOP, I just feel that how things have ended up the noise from the whole concentrated
fan base has been diminished.

As an example me and my mates are pushing 40... We will happily join in away. At home it needs that lead which used to be there
in the kop, provided by the lads which transferred to the BE.

I still maintain when we were all on the kop the total noise was greater.
